Lil Shawn's Violent Encounter
On July 17, 2015, a 22-year-old gang member named Vallan Francis encountered Shawn "Lil Shawn" Randall. While Francis was playing with his three children and fiancée, he recognized Lil Shawn as a rival gang member. Concerned for his family's safety, Francis decided to move his children indoors. Tragically, as Francis was bringing the toys inside, Lil Shawn returned, hood pulled over his head, and opened fire, striking Francis four times.
