Terrance Hollins was born February 11, 1992 in Chicago, Illinois. He was shot and killed on July 16, 2009 while standing on W 64th Street. According to witnesses, a four-door Grand Prix approached Terrance Hollins, and multiple shots were fired from the passenger side leaving him dead. At the date of his death, Terrance Hollins was 17 years old and a student at the School of Entrepreneurship in South Shore High School.
Terrance Hollins was close with Lil Durk, a rapper and Black Disciplesgang member from Chicago. In many of Lil Durk's songs, he can be heard paying homage to Lil Moe such as in L'A Capone's song 'Brothers' in which he say "I lost my brother, so I keep my heat - Made me turn up when I see the opps tweet - L’A my bro, Rob, Odee, Lil Moe."
