No Pick is a slang term used to refer to any cold killers that don’t pick targets. A shooter with no pick has no targets they’re unwilling to kill. For example in the movie Scarface, Al Pacino (Tony Montana) refused to blow up a vehicle which had kids in it, a killer with no pick would have no issue with blowing it up.
